Your Opportunity

The Manager, Digital Product Management will play a key role in driving digital transformation by delivering innovative digital experiences, advanced analytics, and client insights that empower Schwab's client-facing representatives. This individual will support the strategy, design, reporting, and integration of Salesforce solutions while partnering across technology, business, and product teams to enhance advisor and client experiences.

The ideal candidate combines Salesforce expertise, product management experience, strong stakeholder relationship management skills, and an understanding of financial services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business needs into product roadmaps and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
  • Lead product management efforts focused on enabling client-facing representatives through innovative technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and user needs.
  • Define priorities, success metrics, and outcomes in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Support strategic planning and execution across the product lifecycle.
Salesforce Product Ownership
  • Partner with product and technology teams to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Support Salesforce platform strategy, reporting capabilities, integrations, and enhancements.
  • Drive ongoing platform improvements based on user feedback, business priorities, and operational needs.
  • Ensure Salesforce capabilities align with organizational objectives and client service goals.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership
  • Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, UX/UI partners, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Facilitate feedback sessions and gather insights from end users to improve experiences and adoption.
  • Influence priorities and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Present recommendations, product updates, and strategic initiatives to leadership audiences.
User Experience & Continuous Improvement
  • Partner with UX/UI teams to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
  • Define and measure OKRs and success criteria for product initiatives.
  • Analyze user feedback and business outcomes to inform future enhancements.
  • Drive customer-centric product decisions that improve business value and operational efficiency.
What you have Required Qualifications
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce and/or Product Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience managing digital products, platforms, or technology solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate across multiple levels of an organization.
  • Strong strategic thinking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into product roadmaps and outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technology, business, marketing, service, and design teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting financial services, wealth management, banking, or related industries.
  • Salesforce platform knowledge and experience driving platform enhancements.
  • Experience defining OKRs, success metrics, and product performance measurements.
  • Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with UX/UI teams to improve digital experiences.

In addition to a base salary (range posted), this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities
