As a Product Manager, you will play an important role in driving execution for a core part of our clinical operations and population health platform. You will help manage product requirements for our Admissions Data Pipeline, which is responsible for the ingestion of real-time data from HIE, ADT, and Payer sources. This work is critical to ensuring that clinical teams have accurate, deduplicated, and high-fidelity data to support patient interventions. • Product Strategy & Execution: You will support the product strategy and execution for your domain, with a focus on the scalability and reliability of our clinical data ingestion engine. You'll help translate business goals into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management: You will partner with business stakeholders and engineering to support the product roadmap and manage day-to-day backlog prioritization. You will help prioritize data quality initiatives, transformation efforts using ML, and new source integrations such as new HIE or Payer feeds.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with technical partners across engineering, data science, and user design in a fast-paced, agile environment to build and enhance products. Your role is to help connect business needs with technical solutions and keep work moving across teams.
  • User-Centric Design: You will partner with our UX team to design high-quality, intuitive products for end users. This includes gathering and documenting product requirements and helping ensure the final product meets user needs and expectations.
  • Product Launch & Improvement: You will support the launch of new products, including working with operations teams on training materials and end-user documentation. You will also help identify opportunities for product improvement through quantitative analysis and user feedback.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
