Position SummaryDDAT Aetna Technology & the Commercial, Network & Provider product management team is seeking an experienced Product Owner to collaborate closely with delivery teams to implement innovative solutions. Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Collaborate closely with the Product Manager to define and communicate the product vision and strategy for IT solutions.
- Market Research: Partner with product manager to conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Roadmap Development: Work with the Product Manager and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaboration/Facilitation: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, scrum masters, development teams, business stakeholders, marketing, and third-party partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Voice & Champion of Consumer/Client: Methodically drive member/client and product growth by understanding and advocating for consumer needs, fostering engagement, and continuously refining the product based on feedback.
- Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the product delivery backlog, ensuring that the development team is working on the most valuable features.
- User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure that solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards.
- Sprint Planning and Review: Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure continuous improvement.
- Change Management: Partner with Change Management advisor to develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption and integration of new products and features.
- Training and Support: Partner with other critical stakeholders to provide training and support to users and stakeholders on IT products.
Education:Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.
Essential Qualifications and Functions:- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- Technical Skills: Strong Software Development Knowledge - Understand coding, software architecture, and development processes and ability to adapt to current technologies.
- Agile Methodologies and Tools: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) and product/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, Confluence, Miro, etc.).
- Communication and Organizational Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to organize and manage tasks effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and influence decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification.
- Product Owner Training: Completion of recognized product owner training programs.
- Industry Experience: Experience in developing technology products for the healthcare industry.
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate

Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:
$92,700.00 - $185,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
