Full Job Description

We're seeking a Manager, Digital Performance & Optimization to lead the measurement, analysis, and optimization of critical digital experiences across our global business. This is an opportunity for a data-driven digital leader who thrives on turning complex analytics into business growth, customer experience improvements, and measurable results.

In this highly visible role, you will partner with cross collaborative teams across Marketing, Product, UX, CX, Technology, Analytics, and Operations to identify opportunities, improve digital journeys, and influence strategic decisions through actionable insights.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Lead Digital Performance Strategy

  • Monitor and analyze performance across priority digital platforms, websites, portals, and customer journeys.

  • Identify friction points, content gaps, conversion barriers, and opportunities to improve customer experiences.

  • Develop a holistic view of digital performance throughout the entire customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, claims, servicing, retention, and renewal.

Deliver Actionable Insights

  • Build executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions that connect digital activity to business outcomes.

  • Translate complex data into concise recommendations that influence decision-making.

  • Identify trends and opportunities related to conversion, engagement, customer self-service, retention, and operational efficiency.

Drive Optimization & Experimentation

  • Partner with Marketing, UX, Product, and Technology teams to prioritize enhancements and testing opportunities.

  • Lead conversion analysis, funnel diagnostics, customer journey reviews, and optimization initiatives.

  • Develop measurement frameworks and attribution models to better understand the impact of content, campaigns, and digital experiences.

Establish Best Practices & Governance

  • Help define KPI frameworks, measurement standards, reporting methodologies, and digital performance best practices.

  • Ensure performance insights are embedded within planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.

  • Share knowledge and build capabilities across global and regional teams.

Lead a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and mentor a team of Marketing Analysts.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, analytical rigor, and customer-focused decision making.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital performance, attribution, or related disciplines.

  • Strong experience supporting eCommerce or consumer-facing digital experiences.

  • Expert-level knowledge of:

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

    • Tableau, Power BI, or Looker

    • Tag management platforms

    • Experimentation and A/B testing tools

  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization, funnel analysis, digital attribution, and customer journey analytics.

  • Ability to translate complex data into compelling business recommendations for senior leaders.

  • Experience collaborating across Product, UX, Marketing, Technology, and Analytics functions.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

  • Experience within insurance, telecom, connected services, or other high-volume digital environments.

  • Background in marketing operations, digital strategy, or marketing enablement.

Pay Range:

$103,800.00 - $173,300.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
