ASPIRUS ST. LUKE'S HOSPITAL in Duluth, MN is seeking a MANAGER-DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING to join our RADIOLOGY ADMIN-OFFICE team!

Salary Range: $44.20 - $70.73 Hourly
Schedule/Hours: DAY ONLY, 8 hours
Weekend Requirement: Generally No Weekends
FTE: FULL TIME, 1.0 FTE or 80 hours every two weeks.

JOB SUMMARY

The Manager-Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for providing leadership and management of operations at the Hospital Based Imaging Departments. Responsible for planning, organizing and managing high-quality, cost-effective imaging services as well as training and managing personnel. Responsible for providing positive leadership and a working environment that promotes teamwork and customer satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Radiologic Science or Management.
  • Experience: Three (3) years experience in healthcare leadership.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: N/A


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: N/A
  • Experience: Three (3) years of successful work in a position with demonstrated growth in responsibilities. Previous supervisory experience with management including human resources and quality improvement.
  • Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT, NMTCB or ARDMS Registry.

Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, rations and proportions to practical situations.
  • REASONING ABILITY - Advanced Skills: Ability to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and deal with a variety of concrete and abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
