As our Design Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing engineering team while driving product innovation, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement. In this role, you will oversee engineering initiatives that support new product development, optimize manufacturing processes, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and fuel business growth.

Your Credentials:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Professional Engineer Credential Preferred
  • Experience with metal fabrication including tooling and process equipment design
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and building code standards necessary
  • 8+ years of progressive engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience; experience managing remote team members a plus

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 annually, with bonus potential. Starting salary varies based on your experience.
