SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the processes related to the identification, resolution, and prevention of denied claims within revenue cycle. This includes both hospital and professional denials. This role focuses on analyzing denial trends, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to reduce claim denials and improve reimbursement and reduce follow-up work needed by PFS staff. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the manager works to enhance workflows, ensure adherence with payer requirements, and drive continuous improvements that prevent future denials. The ultimate goal is to minimize financial losses, improve operational efficiency, and ensure a seamless revenue cycle process for the organization. This position manages the Analytics & Improvement team and engages in the performance management of staff.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years)
