Full Job Description
The Manager, Data Integrity is responsible for overseeing the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of chart acquisition and related data across Revenue Cycle Management operations. This leader serves as the primary liaison among vendors, clients, hospital systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, timely issue resolution, and operational excellence. The role is responsible for analyzing trends, monitoring performance metrics, leading process improvements, and driving strategic initiatives that optimize chart acquisition and revenue capture.

Essential Duties:

  • Review and analyze data from internal and external systems, reports, and hospital EMRs to monitor record volumes, identify variances, and ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize hospital electronic medical records (EMRs) and ancillary systems to research, retrieve, validate, and reconcile chart acquisition discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for data integrity issues, ensuring timely identification, resolution, and communication to stakeholders.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives and manage projects with defined milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and documentation to support scalable operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic initiatives that enhance data quality, operational performance, and revenue capture.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reporting and insights to leadership on chart acquisition and data integrity performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support operational success and issue resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MHA or other Master's degree preferred?

Experience:
  • Healthcare industry experienced preferred
  • Microsoft Excel experience in analyzing and organizing large volumes of data?for trending/exception reporting.
  • EHR/EMR (Electronic Health Record/Electronic Medical Record) experience required.
  • Chart Auditing/Optimization experience preferred.
