Our partner ecosystem is a key driver of that innovation, and we're looking for a strategic, high-energy leader to serve as the Manager, Data Cloud Partners for a series of strategic industries

One of the unique benefits of Snowflake's architecture is the ability to securely share data, applications, and solutions with other Snowflake accounts without creating a copy of the data. The Snowflake Data Cloud builds on our Secure Data Sharing functionality to be the 'App Store for Data' enabling Providers and Consumers to publish, discover, and monetize data, applications, and solutions. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of Partner Development Managers (PDMs) who are helping partners leverage Data Sharing to replace traditional delivery methods like files and APIs, driving the network effect of our Data Cloud.

This is a chance to guide a high-impact team, craft ecosystem strategies with top-tier Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Retail, CPG and Industrial IoT ISVs, and be part of a team that's transforming how these industries operate at scale to unify their data and extract the best of generative AI. You will manage a team working across strategy, partnerships, co-sell, go-to-market execution, and innovation, while serving as a key escalation point for our enterprise sales leadership.
What You'll Do

Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team Coach, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of Partner Development Managers. You will manage team allocation, drive accountability, and foster a collaborative environment where your team can successfully recruit, onboard, and scale partners.

Create and Drive Ecosystem Strategy Own and execute a forward-thinking partner strategy focused on innovative ISVs and Data Providers. You'll help shape how these industries adopt AI and data to drive efficiency, deliver insights, realize the smart manufacturing vision, secure supply chain resilience use cases and many more.

Lead Joint GTM and Co-Sell Success Build deep relationships with Snowflake's sales teams and sales leadership, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation point for joint sales with our industry ecosystem. Drive the generation of pipeline, expand adoption, and fuel consumption growth through your team's portfolio.

Connect the Cross-Functional Dots Work closely with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure the partner ecosystem strategy aligns with Snowflake's broader corporate roadmap and product releases.

Measure What Matters Drive operational excellence by tracking team performance, partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact. You will oversee the full partner lifecycle from initial recruitment through to scaled go-to-market execution.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development-ideally within cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and enterprise data platforms.
  • 3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing partner or sales teams within a matrixed tech organization.
  • Deep knowledge of these industry domains and its specific use cases, such as demand forecasting, inventory optimization, predictive maintenance, logistics, and supplier risk.
  • Proven success building partner ecosystems, owning GTM motions, developing joint value messaging, and executing field sales co-sell programs.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently present and align with internal and external C-suite leadership.
