Spectrum is seeking a Manager of Data Analytics to lead a team dedicated to delivering sophisticated data analysis and reporting that empowers leaders across the company. If you're passionate about creating forecasts and dashboards that illuminate operational trends and opportunities, your expertise will play a vital role in shaping Spectrum's strategic direction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for reporting and analyzing a wide range of data to support business objectives
  • Pinpoint areas for improvement by interpreting trends and proposing new products or operational enhancements
  • Manage high-profile projects by resolving key issues and collaborating with senior management for timely outcomes
  • Conduct complex analyses to deliver solutions for various business needs
  • Capture, develop and document data definitions, business rules and quality requirements
  • Integrate data from multiple sources to provide requested or essential data elements
  • Develop forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests and dashboards that inform business decisions
  • Communicate insights, operational impacts and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels
