Job Description:
SHIFT: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Develops and implements quality systems for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting donation and transplantation data. Ensures compliance with data submission deadlines set by State and Federal agencies. Oversees the quality and integrity of data and regulatory submissions. Responds to inquiries from State and Federal agencies regarding donation and allocation systems. Develops and analyzes statistical measures of activity, quality, and regulatory compliance. Implements an organizational Quality Management Plan, including systems for process improvement, document control, complaint management, error/accident reporting, and corrective and preventative actions. Leads ongoing performance improvement initiatives to enhance organizational quality and processes. Communicates statutory changes in regulatory policies to leadership and validates their implementation. Oversees successful completion of regulatory agency audits to ensure compliance. Conducts regular Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) meetings. Consults on the development and improvement of policies and procedures for data collection and regulatory compliance. Manages staff to maintain strict quality standards for organ and tissue donor chart completion. Other duties as assigned.

Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Quality Systems, Statistics, or related field.
• in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Quality Systems.
Work Experience:
• 1+ progressive management [Required]
• 1+ years related experience [Required]
• 2+ managing a healthcare database system [Preferred]
• 2+ organ procurement organization (opo) or tissue bank management experience [Preferred]
• 2+ quality, mis or data management experience [Preferred]
• 3+ working in a quality or performance improvement role [Required]

Pay Range:
$72,786.83 - $135,385.27
