Description of the Position:The Manager, Corporate Partnerships is an integral member of the Corporate Partnerships team and will identify, build and manage productive relationships with stakeholders and corporate partners in key sectors to secure support for the Precision Child Health campaign and beyond. The Manager will focus on business development to grow new business and existing partnerships. This includes partner identification, cultivation, proposal development and presentations, negotiation and stewardship activities. They will report to the Associate Director, Corporate Partnerships.
You will:- Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects, with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and new business development.
- Lead the cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and ongoing relationship management of corporate partners through regular meetings and engagement activities.
- Develop and execute tailored cultivation and solicitation strategies, including the creation of compelling multi-channel partnership proposals encompassing sponsorship, cause marketing, philanthropic giving, employee engagement, and volunteerism.
- Work collaboratively across the Foundation with teams including Activation, Legal, and Stewardship & Donor Relations to deliver exceptional partner experiences.
- Develop and implement donor acquisition, retention, upgrade, and migration strategies to maximize long-term corporate support.
- Cultivate strong relationships within the Hospital to identify funding opportunities and support proposal development, donor engagement, and stewardship activities.
- Maintain accurate donor records, track engagement activity, and manage pipeline progression within the Foundation's CRM database (KYDS).
- Build and leverage a network of corporate and community contacts to advance the mission of SickKids Foundation and The Hospital for Sick Children.
- Monitor partnership performance, evaluate results, and recommend strategies to optimize revenue and engagement outcomes.
- Participate in team initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional priorities as required.

- Bachelor's degree or higher, with a focus in fundraising, marketing, sales or other applicable disciplines.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience in cause marketing, corporate fundraising and business development combined with a proven track record exceeding revenue targets.
- An exceptional fundraiser or salesperson with experience managing complex customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with donors, volunteers, hospital representatives and other key stakeholders.
- The ability to articulate the importance and case for support of paediatric healthcare.
- Exceptional networking and new business development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize and multi-task.
- Go-getter, team player and relationship-builder.
- Creative, resourceful, cost-efficient and intuitively driven.
- The ability to think strategically and work independently in directing new initiatives, new business or enhancing existing programs.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and storytelling.

- Experience with relational databases will be considered an asset.

Total Compensation Package:Hiring Salary Range: $82,064 - $102,582; with the ability to progress to a maximum of $117,971 with demonstrated experience and proficiency. To ensure fair and equitable pay at SickKids Foundation, placement on the salary range will be based on your years of experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the Manager, Corporate Partnerships.
