Responsibilities

  • Ensure contract documents are accurately inputted and updated
  • Prepare and publish performance reports for leadership
  • Conduct periodic contract compliance audits
  • Oversee subcontractor insurance compliance and review Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • Develop and maintain Contract Management team processes

What you'll do

  • You will supervise Houly personnel on the Contract Management team
  • You will perform customer service tasks to resolve contractual issues for clients, company personnel, and subcontract partners
  • You will manage I9 review and identification badging processes for internal and subcontract personnel
  • You will ensure contract documents are properly input and updated in company systems
  • You will prepare and publish performance reports for company leadership
  • You will perform periodic contract compliance audits
  • You will oversee subcontractor insurance compliance, including review of Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
  • You will develop, document, and maintain Contract Management team processes
  • You will assume additional duties as assigned
