In this position...

The role of Manager, Experiential Marketing - Model e leads programs that bring the brand and product story to life through customer experiences, events, partnerships, and launch activations. Reporting to the Sr. Consumer Marketing Manager, Model e, this role works across verticals to develop programs that build awareness, support launches, strengthen dealer readiness, and deepen customer engagement.

This role needs someone who can shape the plan, manage partners and budgets, and deliver strong experiences from concept through execution.

Success in this role comes from sound judgment across program strategy, launch execution, partner management, and performance analysis. The successful candidate will oversee agencies and vendors, manage programs through launch, and use data to optimize activations, improve future initiatives, and help define a more effective go-to-market approach over time.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

Lead experiential program strategy and delivery:
  • Own launches, customer activations, trade shows, ride-and-drive experiences, and dealer events in support of Model e brand and vehicle priorities.
  • Build programs that strengthen brand awareness, support launches, deepen customer engagement, and improve dealer readiness.


Drive cross-functional execution:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to connect experiences to the broader customer journey across digital, CRM, retail, and in-person touchpoints.
  • Help deliver major dealer milestones, including dealer meetings, in-dealer training, and launch readiness events, in partnership with Education & Training and Dealer Relations.

Manage partners, budgets, and brand standards:
  • Lead agencies, production partners, and external vendors across scope, timelines, budgets, contracts, and performance expectations.
  • Manage program budgets and forecasts to support effective resource allocation and delivery against financial targets.
  • Maintain consistency across activations, events, and communications with Model e brand standards, product positioning, and regional needs.

Measure performance and shape future opportunities:
  • Develop measurement plans and success criteria across market selection, event format, consumer engagement, lead capture, dealer handoff, and business impact.
  • Analyze where Model e shows up, how consumers engage, and how activations perform against objectives, then translate performance data, market insights, and in-market learnings into clear recommendations that improve event mix, footprint strategy, messaging, staffing approach, and future planning.
  • Partner with regional teams to tailor and expand successful programs across markets.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand, consumer, experiential, partnerships, or event marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.
  • Experience overseeing agencies, vendors, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working across digital, CRM, social, web, and event channels to support a connected customer journey.
  • Strong project management and operational planning skills, including on-site execution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate customer, market, and performance data into clear marketing actions.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and managing third-party service agreements.
  • Ability to build measurement frameworks and translate customer, market, and performance data into clear marketing actions and program optimizations.

  • Master's degree; MBA or equivalent.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-$212,760.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
