It is not open to remote opportunity.* Job Overview The Manager, Commissions is part of the Commissions group within the Magenta Service Center. This people manager is responsible for the Operations and Analysis of Sales/Care Incentive Compensation. The Manager leads a team consisting of a Sr Analysts and Analysts responsible for the support of our Sales/Care Teams as well as the Compensation Design team responsible for driving changes that are fiscally responsible and effective in driving sales as well as customer experience. The Manager works daily with Sales Executives providing leadership, guidance, insight, and innovative problem-solving recommendations/presentations. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.  The base pay range reflects the compensation component of this opportunity. The candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
