Position Title:Manager Commercial Sales Support
Job Description:Manager Commercial Sales SupportLocation: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. The
Manager Commercial Sales Support is responsible for managing the staff and activities within a sales support unit assisting with new and renewal business.
How you will make an impact:- Oversees the administrative support to the Sales teams along with providing guidance to Sales Support associates
- Manages the activities associated with the support of selling, servicing and retaining activities for brokers and clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develops and ensures policy and procedure continuity and oversees processes for consistency.
- Identifies and implements best practices, including problem solving process improvement, training and development
- Monitors production activities and provides reporting to leadership
- Manages and provides guidance on the resolution of routine sales, claims and benefit issues (as necessary)
- Engages and fosters relationships, both internally and externally, hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the health insurance or related industry, including significant experience in at least one area such as Operations, Sales, Service, or Account Management; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:- Leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supervising a remote staff strongly preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $99,624 to $163,668.
