Full Job Description
This position leads client projects in the conception, execution, and delivery of Data Management systems for the commercial efforts of pharmaceutical and life science firms. Additionally, this position leads client interactions regarding existing and future Data management/MDM projects and identifies areas for future growth. We'll Trust You To: • Oversees and develops Data Management projects to ensure methodological soundness; consistently delivers quality client services and drives high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. • Leads project teams in the design and development of Data management projects, including the design and configuration • Advises on strategy, team resources, and deadlines, and assumes data investigation and platform configuration tasks as necessary to support internal team and clients. • Works with project leadership to define the project scope and development approach for each project, including conducting issue analysis and developing hypotheses. • Synthesizes findings, develops recommendations, and communicates results to clients and internal teams. • Assumes project management responsibilities for DM/MDM implementation on each project with minimal supervision, including managing client communication, leading meetings, drafting agendas, managing timelines, and serving as a regular point of contact for clients. • Works independently or with a team to build out data processes. • Coordinates with diverse teams, including those globally. • Frequently utilizes coding to facilitate data processing and reporting. • Provides project leadership to team members on process improvements, planned approaches to client requests, or the transition of new deliverables. • Monitors progress, manages risk, and ensures key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; manages project finances by maintaining financial summaries, drafts SOWs for new work, and manages client invoices. • Assists in supporting management, including promoting employee engagement, recruiting, training, and providing ongoing education, employee mentorship and coaching; contributes to internal initiatives as needed. • Fosters an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. • Coaches and mentors junior team members on their professional development and serves as their Professional Development Manager. • Grows external client engagements, owning aspects of the relationship between the client and the firm. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice You'll need to have: • Bachelor's or advanced degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience. • Experience implementing or supporting HCP, HCO, and payer MDM or other centralized data management solutions in the US pharmaceuticals market • MDM experience in Oncology therapeutic area preferred • CDW experience in US Pharmaceuticals market preferred • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, such as PowerPoint and Word; advanced Excel skills required. • Coding skills in Python, R or SAS required • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Effective project management and people management skills. • Ability to work effectively with others and adapt quickly. • Knowledge of data management best practices in the pharmaceutical industry. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000 to $240,000. We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization.
