Summary

Le gestionnaire sera chargé de diriger le rendement de l'équipe Recouvrement du Québec pour les clients d'entreprises de vente au détail. Il jouera un rôle clé dans l'établissement et la mise en œuvre de stratégies à court et à long terme liées aux comptes débiteurs pour Bell Marchés Affaires, ce qui comprend la définition des exigences pour les améliorations de processus et de système.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un candidat possédant des aptitudes pour entraîner des répercussions sur l'entreprise à l'aide d'analyses fondées sur les données. Au sein de cette équipe, vous aurez l'occasion de cerner les plus récentes pratiques en matière d'analyse de données et de collaborer avec notre équipe Informatique décisionnelle pour mettre en œuvre lesdites pratiques afin de stimuler l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, motivate and coach staff to fulfill departmental performance goals while also encouraging employee growth and engagement
• Lead / assist continuous improvement activities relating to collections that drive improved timeliness, accuracy, compliance and discipline
• Support team with conflict resolution on aging accounts and help formulate collection strategies
• Assist with establishing targets for key metrics and effectively support the team to meet or exceed these targets
• Develop business relationships with internal and external customers to secure their support in minimizing financial risks and facilitate dispute resolution
• Monitor collections performance according to quality and productivity standards
• Oversee credit adjudication process

Critical Qualifications
• Degree in business administration, finance, mathematics, or CPA Accounting designation (or in the process of completing designation)
• 3+ years' experience working in a collections environment managing a group of 10+ employees
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation skills) and ability to influence stakeholders
• Analytical and problem solving skills

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
