We are seeking a Clinical RN Manager who is passionate about developing teams, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes. This leader will direct and coordinate patient care services, guiding a team of nurses and healthcare professionals while advancing quality, patient satisfaction, and service line growth.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, physicians, staff, and community partners to support exceptional patient care and operational excellence. Foster a culture of collaboration, open communication, accountability, and engagement while serving as a trusted nursing leader and advocate for quality care. Partner with medical staff and academic institutions to advance clinical practice, workforce development, and professional growth opportunities.

Quality, Safety & Clinical Excellence
Lead initiatives that promote evidence-based practice, patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Utilize data and outcome measures to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies that enhance patient outcomes and the patient experience. Ensure clinical policies, procedures, and care delivery models reflect current best practices and support a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Operations & Resource Management
Oversee the effective management of clinical operations, staffing, resources, and workflows to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care delivery. Serve as a change leader by supporting process improvement initiatives, implementing innovative care models, and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and accreditation standards.

People Leadership & Talent Development
Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team while cultivating an inclusive and supportive work environment. Provide coaching, performance management, succession planning, and career development opportunities for staff. Professional Practice & Stewardship

Qualifications

Education: BSN; current licensure. Professional certification desired.
