Shift Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm
Summary
- Supervises and provides support, education, and oversight for Clinical Risk Management Supervisors, and provides support for Clinical Risk Managers.
- Provides leadership and oversight for clinical risk management activities, ensuring consistent implementation of risk management programs, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives throughout the organization, providing on-site support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Master's Degree preferred
Certification
- RN License required
- CPHRM required within two years of hire
Experience
- 7 years Risk Management required
- 10 years Legal preferred
- 10 years Nursing preferred
