The Manager, Clinical Nurse Education leads the educators in organizing entity learning efforts, to include rolling out system-wide learning initiatives, for staff development in defined areas of patient care services. This individual leads the education team in establishing relationships with key stakeholders, including Nursing Leadership and unit and department based clinicians. Develops, executes and evaluates learning initiatives in partnership with department based clinicians which support the organization's mission, vision, and strategies. Organizes, communicates and deploys annual required education and staff development programs and processes as needed.
