Job DescriptionThis Nurse Manager will provide operational and strategic oversight for oncology navigation services across the Kadlec Tri-Cities Cancer Center and St. Mary. The role will support the development and integration of comprehensive navigation programs, foster partnerships that support accreditation and continuous quality improvement, and serve as a key liaison among clinical teams, administration, and accreditation bodies.
Through collaboration across the health system and oncology service line, this leader will advance coordinated, patient-centered care across the cancer continuum-from screening and diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and supportive care.
You will oversee a growing team of Oncology Nurse Navigators, Social Workers, Registered Dietitians, and Supportive Care Staff serving multiple disease groups and care locations. Working in an environment with routine service area site engagement, you will promote consistency, connection, and support across the cancer care continuum.
Required Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Healthcare Administration or Nursing (or in progress to be completed within 3 years of date of hire)
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 5 years of ambulatory nursing experience.
- 3 years of nurse management experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Ambulatory care experience, acute care experience clinic procedures, ability to create Policies and Procedures, implement, and monitor annually, knowledge of Regulatory compliance such as OSHA,CLIA and HIPAA, schedule management, registration, use of electronic medical record, patient flow, continuous process Improvement Lean, billing/coding referrals and authorizations.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
