Job DescriptionA Manager Clinic Operations provides operational and management support for their assigned clinic(s) and department(s) to the benefit of Providence Medical Group (PMG) providers, staff and patients under the direction of their assigned Director. This position plays a vital leadership role in supporting our Orthopedic Surgery and Sarcoma programs and is essential to the continued success and stability of these services.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration Or equivalent educ/experience
- 6 years Healthcare or job-related experience.
- 4 years Leadership experience, which can be met with direct supervisory experience, lead experience, project management experience or other related experience.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
