Full Job Description
The Manager, Client Services & Solutions is responsible for the successful delivery of projects, as well as communication with the client post-sale. A critical function of the Manager, Client Services & Solutions is ensuring consistent communications with the client throughout project implementation and understanding the client's needs, business, and educational intent. What a day in the life of a Manager, Client Services & Solutions looks like: • Becoming well versed in client's therapeutic areas and knowledgeable on their marketing strategy • Understanding the scope of the project(s) and success criteria • Ensuring project fiscal health is maintained and timelines are met • Engaging with clients on a regular basis • Providing oversight and direction to project management team • Delivering metrics reports • Assisting business development team in client strategy and tactical plans • Acting as a consultative resource to our clients demonstrating our expertise and knowledge • Assisting with client renewal strategy What we expect from qualified candidates: • We are a hybrid work environment, and expect our employees to work on-location 3 days a week at our Fort Washington, PA office • Possess a bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent • Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a client services role in the pharmaceutical industry • Possess comfort and confidence leading client meetings • Possess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skills • Understanding data and critical metrics that are important to clients • Maintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritize • Have the ability to handle conflict and problem-solve • Exhibit strong leadership qualities • Be flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environment • Be able to travel and work extended hours, as needed • Be proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, and Project Management systems What qualified candidates can expect: Along with a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a modern working environment that supports work/life balance.
