Position SummaryAmplity is seeking a Manager, Client Reporting & Analytics to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of client-facing reporting and analytics solutions for life sciences clients. This role will translate complex commercial, medical, operational, and healthcare data into clear reporting frameworks, dashboards, and insights that support client programs, executive readouts, and business decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Define the vision, roadmap, operating model, and standards for client reporting and analytics services.
- Lead the development of dashboards, automated reporting, and self-service analytics using Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, and related data platforms.
- Build reusable reporting solutions that support faster deployment, consistency, and scalability across client engagements.
- Translate life sciences data sources, including commercial performance, medical, operational, claims, prescription, and client data, into actionable reporting and insights.
- Serve as the analytics subject matter expert during client onboarding, reporting requirement sessions, executive readouts, and business reviews.
- Partner with product, data engineering, client systems, customer success, and business stakeholders to define data sources, reporting standards, semantic models, security requirements, and governance needs.
- Establish KPI definitions, reporting standards, data quality processes, documentation, and governance routines.
- Drive AI-enabled reporting, predictive analytics, executive insights, and self-service analytics capabilities where appropriate.
- Manage reporting platform priorities, project deliverables, timelines, vendors, partner performance, and related costs.
- Support annual budget planning and ongoing expense tracking for reporting and analytics initiatives.
Education and Experience- Bachelor's degree required; degree in analytics, data science, information systems, business, life sciences, or a related field preferred.
- Six or more years in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or client-facing analytics services.
- Three or more years in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or life sciences data analytics preferred.
- Background managing analytics projects, reporting platforms, dashboards, client reporting, or executive reporting deliverables.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and medical operations, healthcare data, and reporting use cases.
- Advanced experience with Power BI or similar visualization platforms.
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of data modeling, data marts, data warehousing, and reporting pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, or similar cloud/data tools preferred.
- Ability to define KPIs, reporting logic, data dictionaries, and governance standards.
- Strong project management, vendor management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting remote, cross-functional teams and client-facing stakeholders.
- Eastern or Central time zone residents preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this role is $150,000 - $161,000. This may vary based upon education, experience, skills and certifications.
