Manager, Client Partner - Emerging & Commercial AccountsLocation: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: CAD $100,000 OTE (70% Base / 30% Performance)
Travel: Up to 25% to client sites
As we expand our footprint we are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Manager, Client Services: Emerging & Commercial Accounts to join our team and help us grow our business. Someone who is a creative thinker with an eye for technical details, passionate about problem-solving, building relationships, and connecting with customers and colleagues.
What You'll DoAs a Client Partner, you will own, manage, and expand a portfolio of mid-market and growing commercial accounts with a primary focus on serving as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, unlocking new project revenue within existing accounts, and building a growing book of business via new logo acquisition.
You will work closely with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs) and internal Bell cross-functional account teams to co-sell and position our consultancy as the preferred Salesforce partner. This role balances strategic relationship management, hands-on account discovery, pre-sales leadership, and growth-oriented sales execution.
Key Responsibilities- Net New Business Acquisition: Actively drive outbound sales efforts and prospective prospecting to target, qualify, and secure net-new logo clients, growing your overall book of business beyond existing account expansion.
- Account Ownership & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive contact for mid-sized and growing commercial accounts. Build long-term, high-trust relationships with key client decision-makers (VP/Director of Sales, Ops, IT, and C-Suite).
- Book of Business Growth: Identify whitespace, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within assigned accounts to increase lifetime customer value (LTV) and ensure account retention.
- Co-Selling & Ecosystem Activation: Partner closely with Salesforce AEs, RVPs, and internal Bell account teams to identify new opportunities, build joint account plans, and co-sell tailored Salesforce solutions.
- Pursuit & Deal Management: Manage the sales lifecycle by working alongside product experts to define Statements of Work (SOWs), present proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous forecasting and pipeline integrity within Salesforce, providing clear visibility on account growth and deal cycles
What You Bring- 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B tech sales, account management, or business development within professional services or cloud technology ecosystems
- Salesforce Ecosystem Familiarity: Solid understanding of the Salesforce product suite (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, etc.) and experience navigating the Salesforce partner/co-sell ecosystem
- Account Expansion & Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in prospecting, securing net-new client logos, nurturing accounts, identifying cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and closing professional services deals.
- Consultative Selling Skills: Ability to navigate discovery conversations, uncover client pain points, articulate ROI, and present strategic roadmaps to business and IT stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work seamlessly alongside pre-sales architects, delivery teams, and partner reps (Salesforce and Bell)
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Analyst at an implementation or technology partner
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst)
