Proven leadership skills managing a team of 25+ technicians.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Review and establish material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements. Serve as the direct line manager for 25+ technicians and support personnel.
Plans, schedules, and directs the activities of department to attain production goals, ensuring production is initiated with sufficient lead time to meet required deliveries.
Coordinate production activities with other departments to including planning, logistics, materials, manufacturing, engineering, and quality.
Review manufacturing performance and evaluates strengths and weaknesses involved, ensuring goals, objectives and plans are consistent with company goals and objectives.
Develop an effective, well-trained, well-informed team capable of functioning at a high level of achievement. Prepares and communicates daily status reports to all levels of the organization as required. Ensures adherence to appropriate quality control standards.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
A college degree in an Engineering or industrial discipline or 5-7 years hands-on semiconductor cleanroom assembly and test experience.
Will also consider candidates with experience in the following fields, automotive, medical and automotive industries.
Proficient at anticipating and resolving internal and external resource challenges encountered during manufacturing & product delivery process.
Understand the Quality System, Configuration Control and Process Control policies, practices, procedures and work rules along with assembly and test manufacturing/production systems.
