Care ManagementThis Care Management Manager will support William Beaumont University Hospital (WBUH), Royal Oak. This leader will work under and in collaboration with the Director Sr, Corewell Health East (CHE) Care Management.
Scope of workUnder the direction of the Care Management Director, the Manager, Care Management is responsible for coordination of all activities in one or more of the key functions in the Care Management Department including Inpatient Care Management, EC Care management, Utilization Management (may also include Social Work). Works collaboratively with multiple disciplines to expedite care coordination functions in assigned areas. Responsibilities include all staff in assigned areas. Reports to the Care Management Director.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), or Master's degree in social work (MSW) Required.
- 5 years of relevant experience in nursing or social work Required.
- 3 years of relevant experience in acute care management Preferred.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required or
- MI Master Social Worker (MSW-Master) Required.

- CRT-Case Manager, Certified (CCM) - CCMC Commission for Case Manager Certification Upon Hire
