Full Job Description
Meta's Infrastructure Sourcing & Supply Chain Engineering (ISCE) team is responsible for securing and delivering the critical equipment that powers Meta's global data center portfolio. We are seeking a Manager of Capacity Delivery Operations to lead and scale a team of Capacity Delivery Leads (CDLs) responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of data center capacity across Meta's hyperscale construction portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the delivery operations lead within the Infrastructure Products & Services team - establishing operational cadences, driving cross-functional accountability, and building a scalable workforce model to meet the growing size and complexity of Meta's data center buildout. This role requires up to 40% travel to data center construction sites.

Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and grow a team of Capacity Delivery Leads, providing coaching, career development, and performance management aligned with Meta's people leadership expectations
• Serve as the delivery operations lead within the Infrastructure Products & Services (IPS) team, owning the operational strategy for equipment delivery across OFE and connectivity programs
• Establish and maintain operational rhythms and reporting cadences for project health status as it relates to equipment delivery, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into risks, milestones, and capacity impacts
• Act as the senior escalation point for site-facing equipment delivery issues, triaging and resolving cross-regional challenges that exceed individual CDL scope
• Balance workload distribution across the CDL team as project size, geographic scope, and portfolio complexity grow, ensuring equitable coverage and sustainable team capacity
• Develop and implement a workforce support model that scales to the size and complexity of business needs, including headcount planning, regional coverage strategies, and skills development
• Drive alignment across DEC Delivery, General Contractors, central supply chain, and connectivity teams to ensure converged delivery outcomes for provision-ready capacity milestones
• Lead Capacity Delivery Reviews and executive-level reporting on supply chain delivery performance by DC type and region, providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks
• Partner with cross-functional leadership (sourcing, engineering, construction, program management) to influence end-to-end delivery strategies and resolve systemic bottlenecks
• Define and track key performance indicators for delivery operations, using data to identify trends, anticipate risks, and drive continuous improvement across the team
• Represent the ISCE Capacity Delivery in senior leadership forums, pre-construction leadership presentations, and cross-functional governance processes
• Build team culture and operating norms that promote proactive risk management, creative problem-solving, and strong cross-functional partnerships

Minimum Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in construction management, supply chain delivery, infrastructure program management, or operations within large-scale construction environments
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, performance management, and team development
• Experience with power, cooling, or connectivity equipment supporting infrastructure construction at scale
• Experience with OFCI processes, construction scheduling, and equipment commissioning workflows
• Experience establishing operational processes, reporting frameworks, and governance cadences for delivery-focused teams
• Experience managing cross-functional escalations and driving resolution across multiple stakeholder groups including construction, supply chain, and engineering teams
• Experience presenting delivery risks, status updates, and recommendations to senior leadership through structured reviews and executive briefings

Preferred Qualifications
• Technical understanding of DC product power distribution, cooling systems, and connectivity design
• Track record of building operational cadences and dashboards that drive accountability and visibility across large portfolios
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Experience scaling teams and building workforce models in rapidly growing organizations
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams supporting concurrent large scale construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
