About the Role

As the Campaign Operations Manager, you will lead a 5 person Operations team that builds, QAs and launches hundreds of high quality CRM campaigns per year . You will partner closely with the Consumer Lifecycle team to ensure each campaign has the right staffing, has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for your team's high quality campaign delivery rate goal and partner with Martech, Product and Analytics to identify opportunities for further improvement across our Campaign Operation processes and tools. This role will report to the Head of Cx Campaign Operations.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of Campaign Operations Associates, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence in campaign execution. Ensure each team member stays accountable to the Campaign development requirements.
  • Team Performance: Own the high quality campaign delivery rate goal and production efficiency for your audience. Identify new processes, talent development and tools required to improve the quality, craft and production efficiency of campaigns each quarter.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows, processes, and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and minimal errors.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your line of business, ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities.
  • Tool Expertise: Leverage AI, Braze and in-house marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns, including automation, dynamic content, and A/B testing.

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Marketing Operations, Martech or Lifecycle Marketing, with at least 2 years leading 3+ reports. Experience leading a Marketing Operations team preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Braze or a similar ESP is required. Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools to improve operational efficiency or campaign quality. Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions, build business cases for investment, and optimize campaign development and quality.
  • Collaborative Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).


The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado.

$142,800-$210,000 USD
