This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.

All About the Role:

Join Electrolux as a Manager, Buying Groups, where you will play a key role in supporting and growing strategic partnerships across the dealer channel. This position is responsible for managing relationships with key buying groups, executing customer programs, supporting dealer engagement initiatives, and ensuring alignment between buying group objectives and Electrolux business goals. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and other cross-functional teams, you will help drive channel growth, strengthen customer relationships, and enhance the overall dealer experience. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented professional with strong business acumen, relationship management skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned buying groups and serve as a key point of contact for dealer channel partners.
  • Support the development and execution of business plans that drive growth, market share, and profitability within the dealer channel.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to implement customer programs and channel initiatives.
  • Communicate key business updates, pricing changes, product launches, and company initiatives to buying group partners.
  • Represent Electrolux at buying group meetings, chapter events, dealer functions, and industry trade shows.
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor business performance and identify opportunities to improve dealer engagement and channel results.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of dealer channel objectives.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, channel management, customer development, or a related field.
  • Experience managing customer, dealer, distributor, or buying group relationships.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
