Position Summary...
The Manager, Business Strategy supports Early Tenure strategies for Walmart+ in the development and execution of key business initiatives by analyzing data, identifying solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and retention improvements. The manager fosters a high-performing team environment while upholding company values and ethical standards.

About the team:
The Walmart+ Member Acquisition and Retention team drives membership growth by attracting and engaging members through targeted offers and strategic initiatives. Collaborating across functions, the team develops and executes business plans that enhance member engagement and retention. Utilizing data analysis and business insights, members continuously refine strategies to achieve operational goals. This team plays a key role in shaping innovative approaches that support Walmart’s commitment to delivering value and exceptional service to its members. Strong skills in business strategies, communication, strategic decision making, data analysis, and business planning are essential for success.
What you'll do:
  • Lead the development, prioritization, and execution of key business strategies and cross-functional initiatives to enhance engagement and retention performance.
  • Analyze data and customer insights to identify barriers, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement in early tenure.
  • Manage initiatives by implementing test and learns and analyzing results with analytics and other partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate strategic direction, monitor key performance metrics, and adjust plans to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and promote a culture of integrity and accountability.

BENTONVILLE, Arkansas US-10929: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
