The Opportunity

Lead the transformation of a modern, centralized equipment management system that powers project delivery across Ontario and Atlantic Canada.

As an Equipment Operations Manager, you will take ownership of building and leading a scalable equipment and logistics model that supports field teams across the GTA and regional locations. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on operational excellence, efficiency, and enabling project success through reliable equipment access.
Your Impact
• Lead the implementation and ongoing operation of a centralized equipment management system across Ontario and Atlantic Canada
• Enable efficient access to equipment through a structured hub, depot, and regional distribution network
• Optimize equipment utilization and reduce external rental spend through strategic asset management
• Oversee logistics operations including GTA-based drivers, shipping, and project mobilization
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team driving accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
• Establish and enforce standardized processes for booking, tracking, and equipment lifecycle management
• Monitor and improve performance using key metrics including utilization, inventory accuracy, and turnaround times
• Contribute to the long-term evolution of a scalable, modern equipment platform that supports business growth
