This role requires the ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future. How You'll Make an Impact - Guide and educate internal teams on interpreting and applying business intelligence products to support customer experience improvement
- Communicate data integrity issues, nuances and insights to stakeholders at all levels in a clear manner
- Maintain key metric definitions and oversee BI single source of truth reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Provide conceptual and technical expertise while establishing best practices in data management and business intelligence delivery
- Integrate technical projects across functions, ensuring successful teamwork assignments and resource needs are met
- Oversee BI product design, development and technical strategy aligned with business needs
- Monitor and manage business requests to the Business Intelligence Group, driving quality reviews and issue resolution
Working Conditions - Office environment (four days in office/one day remote)
What You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or related work experience
Experience - 7+ hands-on experience developing custom BI solutions using Django, Rest API, data strategies, and data best practices
- 5+ years of experience providing data integration solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
- 3+ years of experience as a BI developer/analyst/architect, or other related roles with BI development practices
- 3+ years of supervisory experience managing teams of employees and contractors
Skills - Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Advanced knowledge in full life-cycle solution delivery (i.e. data engineering, product development)
- Advanced demonstrated written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in delivering oral and written presentations to large and small groups
- Demonstrated deep working knowledge of business intelligence platforms, database, and analytical tools
- Proven leadership and ability to coach and develop a team
- Possess the intellectual curiosity to work through ambiguity
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects/assignments
- Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Access
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience working with one or many BI platforms
Preferred Qualifications Education Experience - Experience with Cable TV, Internet, and/or Phone products and services or related industry experience
