POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Business Integration is responsible for integrating companies and assets related to acquisitions to the core business. The position works with functional departments and field operations to identify create the assimilation process for acquisitions to support the Company's strategic operating model.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:- Creates an approach for acquisition integration programs and projects to support the Company's strategic growth plan, including the financial returns, capital requirements, project risks and project management.
- Collaborates with the business development team to support the acquisition pipeline and plan for integration activities.
- Sets expectations and priorities; interacts with decision-makers to ensure required deliverables are met according to project timeline commitments.
- Effectively communicates status and roadblocks in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally across various levels of the organization and with key external customers, vendors and consultants.
- Ability to initiate and effectively manage projects, operations, and initiatives.
- Proficiency in partnering with business leaders to drive company strategies.
- Strong ethics and the ability to keep information confidential.
- Ability to deliver high value impact as member of a larger team, ensuring efforts support the strategy of the business.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in progressively responsible roles that required the analysis of data, budgeting and planning and implementing large-scale projects.
