OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished, driven, high-energy sales and business development leader to own and accelerate revenue growth across North America for our full suite of warranty administration and extended-service contract solutions. This role will be the primary commercial face of the company to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in the automotive, powersports, RV, marine, and light/medium-duty commercial vehicle sectors. This role will drive complex, enterprise-level sales cycles while helping develop new verticals and market channels.
Responsibilities
· Prospect, qualify, and close multi-year, multi-million-dollar contracts with strategic automotive partners
· Lead responses to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs – from strategy and pricing through final negotiation and contract signature
· Develop and execute account-based sales strategies for target markets
· Build and maintain C-suite and VP-level relationships (VP of Aftersales, Warranty Directors, Service Operations, Procurement, Legal)
· Partner internally with pricing/actuarial, legal, product, and operations teams to craft winning, profitable proposals
· Negotiate pricing, SLAs, performance guarantees, rebates, and risk-sharing provisions Accurately forecast bookings and revenue; maintain rigorous CRM discipline (Salesforce)
· Represent the company at industry events
Qualifications
Required:
· 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience selling to automotive or mobility OEMs
· Proven track record of personally closing $5M+ ARR deals with in warranty, service contracts, aftersales, F&I, telematics, or related fields
· Deep expertise in OEM warranty administration, extended service contracts (VSCs), prepaid maintenance, appearance protection, and ancillary products
· Demonstrated success leading complex RFP responses and contract negotiations with automotive procurement and legal teams
· Existing relationships with warranty, aftersales, and service leaders at major North American OEMs strongly preferred
· Results-driven with a history of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in competitive, high-stakes environments
· Willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, and occasionally Mexico
Key Competencies:
· Detail-oriented; able to manage dozens of moving parts across pricing, legal terms, performance penalties, and rebates without dropping the ball
· Strong financial acumen – comfortable building pricing models, understanding loss ratios, and negotiating risk-sharing structures
· Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
The expected salary range for this role is $76,600-$108,000/year.
