What does a successful Production Control Manager do at Fiserv?A successful Production Control Manager at Fiserv leads production control operations to drive efficiency, quality, and strong resource utilization. This role partners across teams to keep production processes running smoothly, resolve issues quickly, and support secure data transmission. The Production Control Manager also uses performance insights to advance continuous improvement and deliver timely, reliable outcomes.
What you will do?- Lead and manage the production control team to achieve operational excellence across day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement production control strategies, policies, and procedures that support efficient, high-quality operations.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and present performance reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless production processes and timely delivery.
- Manage and optimize file transmission systems for secure data transfer while troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly.
What you must have?- 8+ years of experience developing and executing production control strategies, policies, and procedures.
- 8+ years of experience managing file transmission systems to support secure and efficient data transfer.
- 8+ years of experience using Appworx for scheduling and automation of production tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent military experience.
What would be nice to have?- 10+ years of experience leading production control teams and driving continuous improvement.
- 10+ years of experience troubleshooting production issues and coordinating with multiple departments.
- 10+ years of experience monitoring production performance metrics to support operational excellence and innovation.

Salary Range$100,000.00 - $165,600.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
