Manager, Merchant Activation leads the execution of Walmart's pricing initiatives by partnering closely with Merchants and cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable pricing execution. As part of the Merchant Activation team, you serve as the
human in the loop-translating merchant intent into operational excellence while protecting Walmart's Every Day Low Price (EDLP) promise. You will lead complex work-streams, solve challenging business problems, and build trusted partnerships that enable successful execution across the business.
What you'll do: - Lead end-to-end execution for assigned pricing initiatives, promotions, and merchant portfolios.
- Partner with Merchants and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of pricing strategies.
- Identify risks, resolve complex operational issues, and remove barriers to execution.
- Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes, standardizing workflows, and supporting automation efforts.
- Monitor execution quality, communicate proactively, and ensure work is delivered with speed and accuracy.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
