The Opportunity:As a Business Intelligence Manager within the Client Analytics group, you will lead people and projects while contributing to the evolution of our data and analytics capabilities. You will play a key role in the management and governance of Client information assets (AMTB) and act as a leader for the Client data domain within the organization's Modernization program. You will be responsible for developing your team in alignment with the BI strategic workforce plan, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions that meet business needs on time and within scope and budget.
How you will create impact:- Develop and manage high-performing teams by recruiting, training, coaching, assessing, motivating, and supporting.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring the development of strong data, analytics, and information asset management capabilities.
- Own and govern Client-related information assets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and alignment with enterprise governance standards (AMTB accountability).
- Lead the Client Domain within the Modernization program by contributing to the evolution of domain data models and enabling scalable, reusable data products.
- Manage BI projects and operations by setting and communicating goals, measuring progress, addressing issues, and solving problems (including technical problems escalated by your staff).
- Ensure the quality and effectiveness of outcomes by enforcing standards and policies (data quality, accuracy, performance, security, and usability).
- Represent your team in project planning and cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with business, data, and technology partners.
- Translate business needs into actionable objectives for your team and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
To join our team:- You have proven experience (5+ years) in Business Intelligence, data, or analytics environments.
- You have a least 2 years of experience in management.
- You have a bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field.
- You have strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- You have experience working with data governance, data modeling, or information asset management concepts (e.g., AMTB, data domains).
- You have experience with modern data platforms and tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, cloud data platforms such as Databricks or Fabric).
- You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into business value.
- This position primarily works with majority non-francophone groups, and teams located outside of Québec, and requires proficiency in English. The essential non-French duties are not assignable to adjacent or other team members.

Salary informationExpected salary/hourly range $104,717.00 to $174,529.00 CAD
Salary placementThe salary amount for the successful candidate is determined by Co-operators in its discretion and will vary depending on several criteria including but not limited to: local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualification, experience and education.
Incentive/Variable pay Employees may also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation tied to individual and/or business performance, or other business metrics.
