Job Description:

Serves as change agent, demonstrating the ability to influence, negotiate and gain buy-in at multiple levels within the organization. Drives employee engagement and change management activities. Coaches leaders through change management processes, advising them on the implications of short and long-term decisions, strategies, and large-scale change efforts that will yield sustainable business results Serves as a champion of the HR operating model. Serves as primary liaison with HR Shared Services to ensure compliance with policies and procedures and escalate and address issues and risks. Other duties as assigned. Advises on workforce planning, recruitment, leadership development, employee development and training, performance management, compensation reviews, career and succession planning, workforce analytics, and organizational effectiveness. Partners in the development and leads the implementation of human resources programs and initiatives at local or regional levels. Translates local business requirements into human resources goals and actions aligned with organizational and facility strategic initiatives. Leads and/or partners on performance review committee projects, providing decision support data and researching and implementing solutions. Responsible for workforce planning by partnering with line managers to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy. Consults with human resources shared services to facilitate talent acquisition strategies and supports departmental labor demand models. Designs and delivers new hire experience, onboarding, and orientation to align with business objectives and culture integration. Spearheads compliance efforts related to regulatory standards, including generating written responses, reviewing data for accuracy, performing file audits, and providing documentation to appropriate authorities. Collaborates with leadership to execute organizational development strategies in performance management, talent and leadership development, and employee engagement. Provides guidance for front line leaders on coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, and application. Establishes relationships to work as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership. Maintains open communication to execute programs, services, and solutions for achieving facility and department business objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]• Working knowledge of a variety of human resources disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR analytics, employee engagement, organizational diagnosis, diversity, and federal/state respective employment laws [Required]• Effective communicator, with strong professional and interpersonal skills [Required]• Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously, with organization and accuracy [Required]• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's in hr, business, or related field [Required]• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:

Work Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in a related field [Required]• 4+ of hr experience preferably in an hr business advisor role within a healthcare setting [Preferred]• Hospital/Healthcare experience [Preferred]• Project management and consulting experience [Preferred]
Additional Information:
An equivalent combination of education ad relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:
- Bachelors degree and 3+ years of experience OR
- Associates degree and 5+ years of experience OR
- High School Grad or Equivalent and 7+ years of experience.
