About this opportunity:

The Conventional Operations Team is seeking a Manager, Asset Integrity to support the conventional business. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Process & Facilities, this role is accountable for leading asset integrity engineering staff as well as field-based data and integrity specialists, with end-to-end accountability for the pressure vessel, piping, pipeline, and tank integrity programs.

The Manager, Asset Integrity is responsible for advancing, maintaining, and executing asset integrity programs, including regulatory compliance and ABSA reporting, to ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations. The role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to manage integrity risk, drive continuous improvement, and protect long-term asset value.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and continuously improve integrity programs for pipelines, pressure piping, tanks, and pressure equipment, including inspection, monitoring, mitigation, and management of change activities.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to support employee development and foster strong collaboration across operations, maintenance, and integrity teams.
  • Serve as the primary contact for field integrity activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and audit expectations.
  • Coordinate integrity planning activities such as inspections, risk assessments, audit follow-ups, and incident reviews to reduce operational risk and improve reliability.
  • Ensure integrity, maintenance, and inspection data is accurate, complete, and well-documented to support informed decision-making and compliance reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement and cost management initiatives by implementing best practices, identifying efficiencies, and managing work within approved budgets.


Who you are:

Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum requirements:
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Professional Engineer or Engineering Technologist designation required; registration with Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) considered an asset.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in asset integrity, reliability, and leadership within industrial or upstream oil and gas operations.
  • Strong knowledge and practical application of industry codes and standards, including ASME, CSA, API, and related regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and risk management skills with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
