Job DescriptionAs the Manager, Analytics, on the Insights & Analytics (I&A) team supporting Foundational Therapeutics Platform Business Unit (FTP BU) you will be based out of our Cambridge, MA office. Where you will provide advanced analytics support to the business unit, with a focus on healthcare claims, real-world evidence, patient-level analytics, data democratization, and advanced analytical capabilities building to drive business goals and positive patient outcomes. You will have the opportunity to support business performance and execution analysis for commercialized brands as well as launch strategy development for pipeline therapies. Reporting to the Analytics Lead for Immunoglobulins and HAE, you will be responsible for being a subject matter expert in the analysis of large, complex data sets and expanding our internal analytical capabilities. You will develop analytics solutions, deliver actionable business insights, and collaborate across teams such as Data Center of Excellence (Data COE) and Decision Sciences COE, Patient Services, Finance, DD&T, Medical, Marketing, Sales etc.
How you will contribute: - Define/build appropriate analytical approaches and conduct advanced analyses to develop deep understanding of the patient journey, therapeutic area markets, and business performance at the Healthcare Provider (HCP), Patient, and Account levels to deliver actionable insights and strategic guidance to commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Serve as subject matter expert on claims/health data sets and advance our capabilities to create a robust understanding of key business dynamics and performance drivers
- Establish best practices, standardized approaches, and strategic roadmap for data analytics capabilities for the I&A team
- Collaborate with the I&A team and various cross-functional partners in support of business reviews, forecasting, and other ad hoc workstreams (large-scale initiatives such as dynamic targeting, promotional mix modeling) as necessary to provide timely guidance and clear, actionable insights to drive business decisions
- Collaborate with Analytics and Brand Leads to develop tableau dashboards that advance automated performance tracking
- Represent FTP Analytics team in cross-functional collaborations with DD&T, Data COE, FPO etc. to continuously improve our data quality and innovate enterprise-wide tools to ensure data hygiene
- Train and guide fellow colleagues and collaborators to foster continuous improvement and ensure business continuity
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's Degree required, advanced Degree in quantitative analytics discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Math, Systems Biology, Engineering etc preferred
- 2 plus years' experience in pharmaceutical analytics is mandatory; experience in rare diseases a plus
- Expertise in SQL/Python and experience working with Databricks or other data intelligence platform for data management and process automation is necessary for success in this role
- Hands-on experience with data manipulation, analysis, visualization, and analytical storytelling
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization platforms
- High degree of learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail to learn a complex business and develop new technical skills working with minimal formal training
- Experience using AI-enabled coding and analytics tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a collaborative mindset and team-player mentality

U.S. Base Salary Range:$116,000.00 - $182,270.00
The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
