Full Job Description
  1. Develop and execute the organization's AI and automation strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
    • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance.
    • Lead and mentor a team of AI and automation specialists, data scientists, engineers, and analysts.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, and compliance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  3. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
    • Establish and enforce best practices for AI model development, testing, validation, and deployment.
    • Ensure that all AI and automation solutions adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and regulatory standards.
  4. Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for AI and automation initiatives.
  5. Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the AI automation team.
  6. Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience. in related field.
  2. Five years of experience in managing AI, Automation, machine learning, or data science projects.
  3. Two years of supervisory or management experience.
  4. Experience with cloud platforms and data technologies.
  5. Deep understanding of AI methodologies, including supervised and unsupervised learning, NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
  6. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical principles in AI development.
  7. Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI.
  8. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  9. Proficiency in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Agents, Studio, anthropic, ansible, UIpath) and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
