What you'll do...

Position: Manager, Advanced Analytics

Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066

Duties: Help manage the interpretation, analytics reporting, and analysis for key insights and performance recommendations with Walmart advertisers. From strategy, planning, and campaign completion, deliver clarity to advertisers who are seeking causal insights and measurement impact. Create and lead client-facing analysis, including calls and in-person presentations, to drive data-driven best practices, recommendations, and guidance for Walmart Connect's top advertisers. Perform hands-on analysis and conduct in-depth investigations with the team. Lead and execute end-to-end measurement projects and make actionable recommendations to the business. Assist process improvement initiatives to scale data and measurement solutions. Contribute with building measurement tools, analytics tools, and platforms that reflect the best and most appropriate solutions available. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, or related field and 2 years of experience in data analytics or related field.

Skills required: Experience in omnichannel marketing, attribution, and ROI measurement, including performance and awareness of online advertising. Experience with online advertising and targeting and measurement systems and methodologies, including ad servers, DSPs, and DMPs. Experience with advertising technology, including third party ad-serving and tag management solutions and programmatic ad buying platforms. Experience with project management experience and handling high volume reporting and/or analyses requests. Experience with data manipulations using SQL and R. Experience with Tableau and PowerBI. Experience with Microsoft (MS) Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with A/B and multivariate test design and implementation and statistical concepts. Experience with project management platforms: Jira. Experience developing and presenting strategic, action-oriented recommendations from complex analytics. Experience with relationship building and management with internal stakeholders. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.

Salary Range: $133,952/year to $202,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
