  • Act as a working manager, providing direct support in complex billing, cash application, reconciliation, collection, customer account, and system-related issues as needed.

  • Oversee the reconciliation of subsidiary Accounts Receivable ledgers to the general ledger, ensuring suspended and aged items are investigated, researched, resolved, and posted correctly.

  • Manage, review, and validate work performed by support team members while remaining actively engaged in the underlying processes and business outcomes.

  • Manage multiple projects as directed by the department head, including initiatives connected to D365 implementation, process standardization, reporting improvements, and operational readiness.

  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability, ensuring critical business needs are met, especially during month-end, quarter-end, year-end, system implementations, and other high-priority operational events.

  • Proactively identify operational risks, process breakdowns, staffing concerns, customer issues, and system limitations, and drive solutions without requiring detailed direction.

  • Lead through execution by setting expectations, removing obstacles, and personally engaging in work efforts when necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Transition into a full-time Manager role, overseeing daily Shared Services operations and ensuring the continued effective use of Dynamics 365 F&O.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, external customers, IT, Finance, Accounting, and implementation partners to resolve process and/or system issues.

  • Communicate clearly with key stakeholders, escalate risks appropriately, and build effective relationships across Domestic and International operations.

  • Support process optimization efforts by translating operational issues into practical business requirements, reporting needs, and sustainable process improvements.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Provide oversight and direction to team members in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, mission, vision, and values.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members, including onboarding new team members and supporting career development planning and growth opportunities.

  • Build a highly accountable team culture while maintaining active involvement in day-to-day operations. Effectively balance team development with direct participation in critical operational activities and issue resolution.

  • Create a culture consistent with the organization's focus on team member engagement while reinforcing ownership, accountability, execution, and customer service.

  • Lead team members to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality, timeliness, accuracy, and goal accomplishment.
