General Summary:Excellent opportunity to join Qualcomm's Hardware, Software, Subscription and Services Revenue Team in a leadership role, with oversight for receivables and Hardware incentives / rebates. This role serves as an accounting leader, partnering closely with global cross-functional accounting, finance and business teams. The Manager will support end-to-end process design and execution across receivables and Hardware incentives to ensure scalable, compliant and efficient operations.
This role requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA (5 days per week). **This role is not eligible for Qualcomm immigration sponsorship. Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree.

Key responsibilities:- Build and continuously deepen business acumen on Qualcomm's products, key customers and pricing processes
- Partner directly with pricing teams to review and advise on incentive contracts and deal proposals; drive and present quarterly financial reviews to finance leadership
- Act as the accounting subject matter expert for Hardware incentives, ensuring appropriate application of ASC 606 guidance and providing clear recommendations on complex incentive arrangements
- Own and drive quarter-end close processes for the Hardware revenue team, including oversight of journal entry preparation and review, risk identification, and resolution to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Provide oversight and governance across key revenue processes, including incentive claim processing, revenue recognition, deferred revenue, and SOX compliance; ensure controls are effective and scalable
- Manage the accounts receivable function for QCT and emerging businesses, including oversight of billing, collections, credit risk management, and dispute resolution; partner closely with the Hyderabad accounting team to drive execution and accountability
- Synthesize and present DSO trends, customer aging, and risk insights to executive leadership, ensuring proactive identification of issues and clear action plans
- Own and enhance the accounts receivable forecasting process, driving improvements in accuracy, predictability, and transparency; partner with Treasury to support cash flow planning and capital allocation decisions
- Drive end-to-end process transformation across revenue, billing, and collections by identifying gaps, standardizing processes, and implementing scalable solutions aligned with SOX and regulatory requirements
- Champion the use of automation, AI, and advanced analytics to modernize financial operations, improve efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that support business decision-making

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related degree
- 6+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
- 2+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization
- 2+ years in a leadership role
Preferred Qualifications:- 9+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience
- Working knowledge of Tableau, Oracle, TM1 and Salesforce Billing is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- CPA certification or country equivalent with audit experience

Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $117,300.00 - $175,900.00
