Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coach and develop team members, building operational discipline, business acumen, and stronger decision-support capabilities.
- Champion feedback on systems, tools, and workflows, advocating for enhancements that improve efficiency and the user experience.
- Lead operational and strategic reporting routines that give leaders clear visibility into priorities, risks, and execution progress.
- Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and business review processes so teams can manage work more consistently and act with greater confidence.
- Own data integrity, quality controls, and process checks that support reliable day-to-day operations and informed decision-making.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify operational gaps, remove friction, and drive practical improvements that strengthen business performance.
- Coordinate budget, performance, and operational inputs to support planning, prioritization, and resource decisions.
- Bring together operational inputs, reporting sources, and stakeholder feedback to create a stronger foundation for business planning and execution.
- Translate business priorities into clear objectives, action plans, routines, and follow-through that improve operational performance.
- Streamline business processes and operating rhythms so the function works with greater speed, consistency, accountability, and impact.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation
Primary Location Pay Range: $121,967.60 - $182,951.40
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
