The Opportunity

As a Management Consulting - Sales, Service and Marketing - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance their customer experiences and drive loyalty. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to guide clients towards sustainable growth and competitive advantage in today's dynamic market. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, mentor others, and maintain professional standards, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role, you will work within the Commercial & Service Excellence network to improve revenue, profitability, and customer outcomes through pricing, service design, and performance optimization. Your efforts will help businesses develop customer-centric strategies by understanding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
