Full Job Description
Cascadia Partners is seeking experienced management consultants for our Vancouver and Victoria offices.

At Cascadia, you'll work in small teams to identify, define, and clearly articulate client problems and then develop creative solutions to address these challenges. Together, you will help clients improve their performance and help them realize their goals.

We strive to create value for our clients and build long-term partnerships with various engagement lengths from several weeks to several months. Most of our clients are in BC, so we travel less than other consultants, however onsite work with clients and some travel within BC may be required.

A consultant's responsibilities span the following:

Pay Range

Positions are offered based on relevant experience. We offer competitive pay, with base salaries ranging from $68,000 for Analyst 1 (undergraduate degree with limited to no experience) to over $135,000 for Senior Associate 3. All positions are eligible for performance pay (0% - 40% of base salary) and are included in our benefits program.

Experience Targets

Below are typical experience levels to align with our consulting roles, however, we will evaluate each candidate's experience and skillset to determine the best role level through the interview process. We value previous consulting experience but have many talented Cascadians who do not come from a consulting background.
  • Analyst (0 - 2 Years at a Consulting Firm or equivalent)
  • Associate (2+ years at a Consulting Firm or equivalent)
  • Senior Associate (3 to 7 years at a Consulting Firm or equivalent)
