Recruiting Coordinator & Talent Management Consultant
Lead talent acquisition, organizational design, and HR consulting for a critical Air Force mission. In this dual-impact role, you will scout top-tier talent through university and regional outreach while serving as a senior management consultant to optimize workforce efficiency, position management, and organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing & Outreach: Design and execute aggressive recruitment strategies, traveling to regional hubs and academic institutions to canvas and hire highly qualified candidates.
- Organizational Design & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive studies of unit structures, positions, and work processes to recommend improvements in resource allocation, efficiency, and cost savings.
- End-to-End HR Operations: Manage Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs), oversee position management, and provide expert advisory services on federal classification, pay, and recruiting techniques.
- Cross-Functional Program Management: Centrally coordinate human resource programs, ensure compliance with Air Force Instructions (AFIs), and evaluate personnel alignments to guarantee mission success.
Who You Are

QUALIFICATIONS:
- U.S. Citizenship
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for the position
- May be required to travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft IAW the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) for training or mission accomplishment.
- May be required to work extended or other than normal duty hours.

Recruitment Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
1. Extensive knowledge and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques for the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness of the program and/or strategic sourcing.
2. Master knowledge of overall missions, functions, and organization of the agency or component. Ability to apply the knowledge to evaluate current organizational strategies and performance.
3. Extensive knowledge of organizational concepts, principles, and practices as related to the requirements for performance-based logistics, acquisition., supply maintenance, procurement procedures, manufacturing, strategic sourcing, and other support areas.
4. Ability to work with, lead, and manage various groups or individuals to resolve difficult problems/situations as related to organizational issues. Ability to understand and deploy lean concepts in problem resolution.
5. Skill in interpreting and applying complex DOD, USAF, AFMC, and AFSC regulations, methods, operating procedures, and policies, as well as developing methods and operating procedures as required.
